Yes. All trash must be placed in garbage bags before going into your cart. This keeps loose debris from spilling during collection.
What if my trash gets missed?
Call our main office at 866-525-4506 during normal business hours. If the miss was our fault, we’ll be back to collect it. Missed collections are picked up within 24 hours.

Where should I put my cart on pickup day?
Place your trash cart at the curb line by 5:00 AM on Monday. Our trucks use an automated side-arm, so make sure there’s enough clearance on both sides of the cart.
