Frequently Asked Questions
- Bulk items are anything too large to fit inside your regular trash toter—such as couches, mattresses, appliances, TVs, or large toys. If you’re unsure, just give us a call to check.
- It’s easy! Call our office at 866-525-4506 to verify your item and schedule a pickup date. Bulk pickups must be arranged in advance.
- Yes—make sure the item is placed curbside, free of debris, and safe to handle. For appliances, please remove doors for safety. Propane tanks must be removed from grills.
- In some cases, yes. Pricing depends on the item type and size. Our team will provide cost details when you schedule the pickup.
- We typically handle one or two bulky items per scheduled pickup. If you have more than that, we may recommend a roll-off dumpster or drop-off location instead.
If your item wasn’t out on time or wasn’t accessible, give us a call to reschedule. Missed pickups may incur an additional fee.
